Graceland Asia is an elderly daycare centre seeking a compassionate Physiotherapist specialising in geriatric care. You will lead physical therapy sessions designed to keep our senior daycare visitors active, mobile, and independent through tailored group and individual rehabilitation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daycare Rehab Programs: Design and conduct group exercises and individual therapy sessions for daycare seniors.
- Assessments & Care Plans: Evaluate mobility, functional strength, and fall risks to create personalised treatment plans.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor physical improvements and update care plans accordingly.
- Caregiver & Family Guidance: Educate caregivers and family members on safe movement and home exercise routines.
Requirements:
- Degree in Physiotherapy with valid registration/practicing certificate.
- Experience in geriatric physiotherapy, stroke rehab, or active aging programs.
- Patience, high empathy, and strong communication skills.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
Work Location: In person
