The incumbent is responsible to deliver a stable and secure ecosystem with zero business impact due to technology failures by providing:
§ Timely resolution and escalation of incidents
§ Continual Service Improvement PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures a stable and secure ecosystem with zero business impact due to technology failures
• “Keeping the lights on” for the existing non-Pulse systems until the transition and convergence to the New Pulse World
• Technology Production and Operation Support
• Ensure local alignment to Global Application Support and Prevention of Occurrence Methodology and Policy Standards
