Responsibilities

• Explaining to parents or expectant mothers and fathers to be to locate items in a retail store
• Guiding the best products that will fit expectant mothers and child.
• Assisting soon-to-be parents in choosing merchandise that fits with their needs and the expected needs of their baby.
• Welcome customers, greet and introduce our product to customers according to their need.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through high-quality sales service.
• Provide appropriate demonstration product features.

Sales

• Manage the point-of-sale process.
• Achieve personal and store sales targets and align with Baby shop’s objective.

You are a great fit for this role if you:

• Enjoys helping expectant mothers and young families according to their needs.
• Prior work experience in retail/ baby care/nursery will be an added advantage.
• Enjoy working as a team and celebrate goals together.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu, English. Other languages will be an added advantage.
• Good listener, willing to learn and develop skills, great at working as a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,250.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
