Responsibilities:-

• Managing Director's schedules and organizing meetings, appointments, travelling schedule are carried out effectively
• Provides a bridge for smooth communication between Director's office and internal departments
• Reporting and performing secretarial as well as administrative duties such as meeting minutes preparing communications
• Ensure reports submitted by various departments/ Group Companies are in order, time and summarize the key points and with schedule for action
• Assist in Managing various project assignments, closely follow up and met deadlines
• To perform Director's personal task as per assigned

Requirement:-

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced /Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Human Resources Management, Business Studies / Management, Secretarial , Commerce or equivalent
• Preferably 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required
• Able to maintain confidentially with a high level of commitment
• Required language (s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia , Mandarin will be an added advantage

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
