Jawatan Kosong Admin Clerk in Kuching

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, and monitor the use of Shell Cards and Petronas Cards on a daily/monthly basis.
• Monitor speeding drivers and trucks on a daily and monthly basis.
• Monitor truck idle time.
• Pay attention to the temperature of the container during delivery to ensure that the order is delivered in good condition.
• To ensure all data entry is accurate.
• To ensure all documents are filed correctly.
• Submit daily delivery reports to superiors.
• To manage matters related to fleet management (road tax, insurance)
• To monitor driver movements (record keeping).
• Fill and scan documents.
• Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
• Communicate and collaborate with other team members.
• Perform any other tasks/assignments directed by superiors.

Job Requirement

• Minimum SPM
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Possess billing or accounting knowledge would be an added advantage
• A team player with a good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, spoken and written.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Salary will be commensurate with experience.
• Location: Demak Laut, Kuching
