Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify invoices and payment requests for appropriate documentation and approval before processing.
• Prepare and process electronic payments through the bank's online platform.
• Perform accounting tasks including issuing invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal vouchers.
• Maintain proper filing of account records and documentation.
• Monitor payments to ensure amounts and records are accurate.
• Work with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals.
• Record and file financial documents systematically.
• Conduct bank reconciliations.
• Liaise with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers.
• Assist with month-end closing tasks, including account reconciliations and reporting.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possess own transport.
• Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mature, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
