Jawatan Kosong Business Development Executive in Putrajaya

1- Prepare the following year budget for the management of the commercial property.

2- Prepare report to be presented to the top management on the occupancy rate and monthly collection.

3- Submit the billing file to finance team for the process of issuing invoice to the tenants.

4- Update the occupancy report every month include total number of tenants, units on rental collections and occupancy rate.

5- Submit the list of units and rental rate to Bahagian penilaian, Perbadanan Putrajaya every 2 years for the revision of rental rate as per market value.

6- Attend to tenants queries as per request. Liase with the respective department for the related query.

7- Attend to client request for viewing the units with or without property agent.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
