Responsibility

• Handle daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and meeting arrangements
• Updating and maintaining new client and supplier databases
• Provide support to the management team as needed.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Administrative or Higher
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrated cross-functional team leadership skills
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
