SUMMARY OF ROLE

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Financial Planning and Analysis

· Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.

· Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

· Provide insightful recommendations to optimize financial performance

2. Risk Management

· Identify and assess financial risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies

· Implement risk management policies to safeguard the financial health of the organization.

· Stay informed about industry trends and changes that may impact financial stability.

3. Financial Report

· Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations.

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

· Communicate financial results to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

4. Cash Flow Management

· Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and support operational needs.

· Optimize working capital and liaise with various departments to improve cash conversion cycles.

5. Cost Control and Efficiency

· Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

6. Financial Systems Management

JOB EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 5 years work experience .

2. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA)

3. Proven experience in financial management role, preferably in a complex organization.

4. Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

5. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

6. Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

7. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.

8. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
