ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Financial Planning and Analysis

2. Risk Management
· Identify and assess financial risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies

3. Financial Report
· Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations.
· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

4. Cash Flow Management
· Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and support operational needs.
· Optimize working capital and liaise with various departments to improve cash conversion cycles.
5. Cost Control and Efficiency

· Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
6. Financial Systems Management
· Oversee financial systems and tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

7. Compliance and Auditing
· Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, standards, and laws.
· Coordinate external audits and manage the implementation of audit recommendations.
8. Other;
· Support the management in any business project, initiative and other duties assigned.
· Provide general office and administration work support as of when required.
JOB EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 5 years work experience .
2. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA)
3. Proven experience in financial management role, preferably in a complex organization.
4. Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
5. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
6. Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
7. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.
8. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
