Key Responsibilities:

• To responsible for customer order processing and input orders into PMS system
• To prepare and issue Do and Invoice
• To prepare production Job Sheet in PMS System for production
• To communicating /answering customer about order status and shipping details in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory data to ensure accurate goods in and out.

What We’re Looking For:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Certificate or Diploma in Logistic/Supplier Chain or any related field.
• Min 1 year of working experience in the same field (Logistics / Supply Chain/ Transportation/Customer Service/Customer Success/Sales/tele-sales) is an added advantage.
• Computer Navigation Skills
• Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced organization.
• Willing to learn.
• Monitor shipments for timely delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
