Job Summary:

Responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing sales opportunities for The Top by developing and executing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Develop a comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the The Top business objectives.
• Identify target markets, customer segments, and potential business opportunities.
• Implement creative approaches to attract and retain clients, including promotions, packages, and events.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and other potential customers.
• Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase The Top facilities and services.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

Revenue Generation:

• Set and achieve sales targets for individual team members and the sales department as a whole.
• Negotiate and close contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional services and amenities to maximize revenue.

Event and Group Sales:

• Collaborate with F&B and event teams to sell and organize conferences, meetings, weddings, and other events.
