Responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative and office support tasks
• Maintain and update customer records, invoices, and company data
• Prepare documents such as quotations, invoices, and delivery orders
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally
• Organize and manage files, correspondence, and company documents
• Assist with basic accounting tasks such as payments, receipts, and records
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and daily tasks
• Liaise with suppliers and related parties
• Support the team with operational and administrative duties
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by management
• Manage social media

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1+ years’ experience in related field. Fresh Graduate is also encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and office systems
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented
• Dedicated, discipline & responsible with a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines and work well under pressure especially in peak season.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

• STM/STPM (Preferred)
