Royce Pharma Manufacturing Sdn Bhd Job Vacancies September 2026

• To plan and manage production scheduling, production activities, and machinery utilization to meet company order and customer demand.
• Manage inventory level of finished goods and raw materials.
• Ensure departmental operation, equipment, utilities, and facilities complies to NPRA, GMP, Good Documentation Practice, Halal requirement, safety & health, local city council, and other relevant authorities’ requirements.
• Investigate and analyze root cause of operational or quality issues.
• Plan and execute corrective and preventive action for any operational or quality issues.
• Production staff management
• Organize and planning workforce according to production needs.
• Handles potential audits from relevant regulatory bodies.
• Any other duties, tasks and responsibilities to be assigned by Superior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Nilai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
