Jawatan Kosong Branch Manager in Ipoh

Job Description:

The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining the overall presentation of the showroom. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales goals.
• Managing inventory, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Conducting training and development for staff to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:
