Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and servicing of Monochrome and Color Digital Multifunction Products (SHARP & FUJIFILM MFPs), enable hardware and software at workshop or customer’s premises and services to the highest standards
• Manage and repair copier on and off-site
• Investigate and resolve maintenance and repair issues
• Identifying and troubleshoot malfunctions cause
• Respond to all customer’s call and ensure that the customer’s machine are in working condition
• Conduct trouble shooting on machines and escalate problem to Superior for issues that are complicated.
• Experience in Rectified Minor /Major (Error Code)
• Experience in Related Fields would be advantage

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in Engineering (Electric/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia/English
• Ability to demonstrate and technically oriented with good analytical skills.
• Mature and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to handle customer’s complaints.
• Knowledge of colour digital print products and knowledge of file handling software will be an added advantage.
• At least 1 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided by the Company.
• Possess good eye vision and not colour blind.
• Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and hardworking.
• Honest and responsible.
• Must have own transport.
• Malaysians only.
