Jawatan Kosong Sales & Admin Assitant in Johor Bahru

Job Overview We are seeking a responsible and proactive Sales & Admin Assistant to support our Korean-speaking director in Johor Bahru. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in both communication and coordination, with a good understanding of local business practices. The assistant will serve as a key liaison between the Korean director and local clients, while also handling light administrative and accounting tasks. Our company is a listed company in Korea, mainly dealing with mechanical spare parts as well as supplying steel manufacturing for potential customers.

Key Responsibilities Language Support:

* Act as an interpreter between the Korean-speaking director and local staff/clients (Korean ↔ Malay/English/Chinese).

* Sales Coordination: Assist in sales meetings and client visits; maintain a professional, sales-oriented presence.

* Order & Admin Support: Help manage customer orders, prepare receipts, track payment records, and support day-to-day admin needs.

* Accounting Assistance: Handle basic accounting duties such as collecting and organizing receipts, invoices, and payment follow-up.

* Ad Hoc Tasks: Provide general support when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
