ORIENTAL FASTECH MANUFACTURING SDN BHD Job Vacancies Ogos 2026

• To ensure all relevant documents be uniquely identified with title, current version number or revision number, authority for issue, etc.
• Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
• To enforce effectiveness of implementation of the system (SOP) & process flow.
• Manage internal & external audit program.
• To ensure that all documents are traceable and control of documents circulation.
• Maintain, replace and distribute controlled documents.
• Make sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents are given to appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
• Maintain updated records of all approved documents and their distribution clearly.
• Maintain the files and control logs or as required by the Quality Department.
• Support in scanning, photocopy, data entry, filling, etc.
• Perform efficient periodic checking of document to ensure the latest revisions are on active files.
• Perform other duties assigned by leader / supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
