Summary

Support the maintenance and improvement of Front-End (FE) assembly equipment to ensure stable manufacturing operations. This role involves equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement activities in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily equipment maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

• Perform basic root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment issues.

• Monitor equipment performance, uptime, and downtime trends.

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

• Assist with equipment installation, qualification, and upgrades.

• Work closely with Production, Process, and Quality teams to resolve equipment-related issues.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Up to 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or equipment engineering is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Must Have

• Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
