Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking food and beverage orders, serving guests, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and provide recommendations when requested.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check on customers during their meals to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle customer requests, questions, and complaints courteously.
• Clear and clean tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Prepare tables before service and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Process bills and payments accurately when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
