New World Suites Sdn Bhd Job Vacancies Ogos 2026

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the cleanliness, hygiene and general appearance of the entire hotel
• Responsible for the planning and coordinating of all the departmental objectives
• Conducts daily random room inspections on guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they are clean and presentable in accordance to the agreed hotel standard
• Ensures that all VIP rooms are prepared and inspected to the agreed hotel standard
• Responsible for handling the daily administration of the department including requisitions and correspondences
• Prepares the monthly duty roster in line with business demands
• Maintains inventory levels for guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniform
• Organizes monthly inventories with the accounts department for linen, uniform and fixed assets
• Develops and implements Housekeeping systems and procedures in line with senior Management approval
• Prepares daily and monthly reports for Management information
• Evaluates the cleaning requirements of the hotel, plans and initiates special cleaning programs through delegation, supervision and control
• Assists in the preparation of the annual Housekeeping budget
• Able to conduct meetings and daily briefings among the Housekeeping department
• Issues daily work assignments and special instructions to Housekeeping supervisors
• Conducts regular training sessions to ensure service delivery standards are maintained
• Plans the preventative maintenance program with the Engineering Department
• Assists with the renovation project so that the schedule is completed on time and to the agreed hotel standard
• Interviews and selects candidates for housekeeping positions
• Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time by senior management

Requirements:

• At least 3 years working experience in the related field is require for this position
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/ Hotel Management or an equivalent
• Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or an equivalent are preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
