Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Sales Manager to drive business development and sales growth for high voltage motors and medium voltage drives across ASEAN and Korea. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong commercial acumen, acting as a strategic partner to customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Development & Market Influence
• • Partner with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firms during the FEED stage to embed proprietary technical specifications into tenders, securing early positioning in large-scale AC motor projects.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across ASEAN and Korea by tracking infrastructure and industrial project lifecycles, consistently exceeding regional sales targets.
  • Serve as the “Voice of the Customer” by synthesizing end-user feedback and competitor insights into actionable recommendations for R&D and Marketing, ensuring localized product competitiveness.
• Key Account & Customer Relationship Management
• • Manage complex relationships with EPCs, OEMs, and end-users, acting as the lead technical advisor to ensure solutions meet stringent reliability and efficiency requirements.
  • Enable regional sales teams through product training and technical support, equipping them with strong value propositions for high-stakes negotiations.
  • Conduct in-depth technical assessments to deliver customized motor and drive solutions, turning technical challenges into business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical sales and business development within the industrial motors and drives sector.
• Strong experience working with EPCs, OEMs, and end-users in heavy industry applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to influence at the FEED stage and drive pipeline growth across diverse markets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical requirements into commercial opportunities.
