Jawatan Kosong Assistant HR Manager Industrial Relations and Foreign Worker Management in Bukit Mertajam

A leading global supplier in the automotive industry is looking for an Assistant HR Manager who experienced in Industrial Relations and Foreign Worker Management to join the team.

The Assistant HR Manager will be responsible:

• Manage union relations, expatriates and foreign workers, and oversee HR policies and disciplinary issues, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs, internal communications, and training initiatives, while managing the Manufacturing Training System (MTS) and creating Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
• Handle departmental budget management, audit documentation, and HQ reporting, ensuring efficient department operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR management, particularly in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
