• Able to lead the planning team to drive CI in planning with production to ensure shipment delivery is on track
• Develop and implement effective production planning strategies to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilisation
• Analyse sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination of production activities
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of planning processes
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Provide training and support to the planning team to develop their skills and capabilities
