• Creating content, including text posts, videos and images for use on the company's social media.
• Manage the day-to-day handling of social media channels
• Handle customer service matters concerning product inquiries or after-sales requirements.
• Experienced with simple editing skills such as Cap Cut and others app.
• Develop new and creative highly engaging content to grow company social media audiences.
• Develop strategies to increase follower base and engagement rate.
• Work together with the sales and marketing team to develop engaging content and host live events aimed at reaching and growing our audience.
• Conduct Live Streaming on Media Social on a daily basis to promote company’s products and answer customer’s products.
• Display products and interact with customers/viewers through live broadcast ( guiding order,reply customer inquiry, etc).
• Always be prepared to perform other duties or any ad-hoc tasks as requested by company management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,200.00 per month

Schedule:

• Early shift
• Fixed shift
