TUGAS & TANGGUNGJAWAB

1. Menyambut/melayan ibu bapa/pelawat yang datang ke pejabat sekolah

2. Menerima dan menjawab panggilan telefon, whatsapp atau mesej dari FB dan emel daripada ibu bapa

3. Memastikan siapa PIC untuk emel-emel masuk & memanjangkan emel tersebut ke PIC

4. Menerima pendaftaran kemasukan pelajar baharu dan pelajar berhenti

5. Memastikan kutipan yuran pelajar diterima setiap bulan

6. Memastikan urusan perfailan dan urusan harian sekolah berjalan lancar

PROGRAM /EVENT / JUALAN

1. Menggerakkan program dan event yang membawa masuk wang dalam syarikat seperti Jualan

Ramadan, Hari Kantin, Kem Murid, Jualan Koperasi, Jualan Hari Sukan dan lain-lain program seperti

Seminar Kecemerlangan Murid dan Kelas Talaqqi Quran.

2. Membuat laporan jualan program mengikut cawangan dan post-mortem setelah selesai program.

3. Merancang gerak kerja bagi program dan event tersebut untuk diluluskan dan dilaksanakan.

KELAYAKAN

1. Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya Diploma dalam sebarang bidang

2. Umur antara 20 - 30 tahun

3. Boleh berbahasa Melayu dan Inggeris dengan baik

4. Mempunyai pengetahuan agama yang baik

KEMAHIRAN

1. Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office

2. Kemahiran berkomunikasi yang cemerlang dengan semua peringkat umur

3. Boleh bekerjasama dan seorang yang multi-tasking
