Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Provide personalized service to clients, offering expert advice on goldsmith products and services.
  • Sales Growth:
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the client base.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the goldsmith and jewelry market.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of MZ Gold’s products, including their features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Educate clients about the unique qualities of MZ Gold products and how they can meet their specific needs.
  • Sales Process:
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
