A)Bahagian Klinikal (Medical Assistant Duties)
❖Triaging pesakit: mengambil bacaan vital sign (BP, pulse, suhu, SPO2, GCS jika perlu).
❖Membantu doktor semasa prosedur: wound dressing, nebulizer, removal sutures, ECG, IM/IV injection (bergantung kelayakan).
❖Menjalankan prosedur asas: cek gula (RBS), UPT, urin dipstick, soa swab, kecemasan asas (BLS).
❖Menjaga kebersihan bilik rawatan dan memastikan peralatan steril & ready.
❖Sediakan & label ubat di bawah arahan doktor.
❖Assist untuk X-ray/ultrasound jika perlu sebagai runner/penyedia pesakit.
❖Pantau pesakit yang sedang menjalani rawatan (contoh: nebulizer, IV drip, ECG).
B)Bahagian Kaunter / Pentadbiran
❖Daftar pesakit & urus pendaftaran dalam sistem klinik.
❖Terangkan caj & pakej kepada pesakit jika diperlukan.
❖Urus pembayaran – tunai, transaksi online, claim panel atau insurans. Terima bayaran secara tunai/debit/kredit.
❖Sediakan resit, invoice & supporting letter untuk pesakit. Memberi resit pembayaran kepada pesakit selepas menerima pembayaran tunai/debit/kredit daripada pesakit.
❖Handle panggilan telefon & WhatsApp rasmi klinik – temujanji, info rawatan, follow-up. Haruslah menjawab panggilan telefon dengan jelas dan sopan.
❖Menyediakan sijil cuti sakit (MC), Memo kuarantin (Cth: Chicken Pox/HFMD/Influenza/covid), surat rujukan (Referral letter), notifikasi, kad vaksin & kad temujanji.
C)Bahagian Farmasi (Dispensary)
❖Sediakan ubat mengikut preskripsi doktor dengan teliti.
❖Memastikan jenis dan kelas ubat, dos yang telah diberikan oleh doktor betul dengan pelekat label yang dikeluarkan.
❖Label & explain ubat kepada pesakit.
❖Bertanggungjawab memberi ubat dan memberi penerangan mengenai ubat-ubatan dan cara penggunaan ubat-ubatan dengan betul dan tepat.
❖Bertanggungjawab untuk mendapatkan kepastian daripada doktor sebarang keraguan yang terdapat pada preskripsi mengenai dos ubat, kelas ubat, dan diagnosis yang kurang jelas daripada doktor.

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
