We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales Manager lead our consumer goods division across Sabah. You will directly oversee our localized distributor channels,field retail operations and others. Your core objective is to accelerate market penetration, optimize wholesale supply chains, and build top-tier field productivity from our local teams.

Requirements & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience in FMCG
• At least 2–3 years of direct team management experience
• Strong experience in distributor/channel management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Results-oriented with strong leadership skills
• A good team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Willing to travel when required
• Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office

Languages : English, Mandarin & Malay

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
