JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• The Technology analyst is responsible for performing the operational support, maintenance, and development activities of Mamee’s technology landscape (network, hardware and software).
• Day to day business support of on premise or cloud network infrastructure, hardware and software
• Day to day business support on in-house application and end user computing
• Training and deployment of assigned software
• Perform analysis, design, build, test on assigned change requests
• Maintains a strong understanding of technology and its application to achieve business objectives
• Miscellaneous ad-hoc task

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science and/or equivalent
• Possess strong technical knowledge hardware/software/applications.
• Working experience in IT an added advantage
• Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions. combined with good analysis skills and ability to quickly learn new concepts and systems.
• Ability to communicate concepts in elegant, concise, eloquent form to management and to cross-functional departments or teams verbally, in writing, and through pictures or diagrams when appropriate
• Working Location: Subang Jaya
• Possess own transport
