Jawatan Kosong Logistic Assistant in Pasir Gudang

Position: Logistic Assistant ( Planner for Haulage)

Basic: RM 1700.00 – RM 2200.00 (Subject to OT)

Main task: As a planner / operation staff to control container and haulage lorry activities , to execute the daily haulage operation effectively and efficiently by handling the communication between base and the drivers via Haulage lorry system.

Working Time (5.5 days) :

The working time of this position will be changing rotately every week as the following.

Morning Shift:

Mon- Fri 7:30am-4:30pm

Sat 7:30am- 12:30pm

Afternoon Shift 2:

Mon- Fri 1:00pm-10:00pm (OT depends situation, may around 12 midnight)

Sat 01:00pm- 5:30pm (above 5:30pm consider as OT)

Responsibilities:-

· To supervise, update and monitoring of all Haulage’s & Container movement.

· To ensure drivers follow the safety requirement rules based on Customer requirement.

· To assign job to the drivers based on the Optimizer Engine and supervisor’s instruction to ensure on time movements and to reduce non-revenue journeys

· To instruct driver to do shunting and empty movement after receiving instruction from HOD or Immediate Superior.

· To attend queries on the status of the containers and update the customers accordingly.

· To assist on arrangement for repair maintenance .

· To liaise with Account /HR Department for related matter.

· To carry out tasks assigned by HOD or Immediate Superior.

Job Requirements:-

- Applicants must be willing to work at Pasir Gudang, Johor.

- Welcome fresh graduate / anyone interested

- Prefer Male

- Computer literate and possesses good command of English & Malay.

- Candidate must able working by rolling shift (will be change by every week) and working overtime
