Jawatan Kosong Special Assistant in Johor Bahru

Job summary:

The Special Assistant cum PR Coordinator will provide comprehensive support to the Director while managing public relations activities. This role combines executive assistance with a strategic focus on liaising with suppliers, managers, and team members to ensure smooth operations within the retail organization. This role combines executive assistance with internal coordination and communication duties.

Job reponsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Assist in organizing company eventsand executive briefings.
• Act as the main contact for suppliers, managing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Facilitate communication between the Director and various department managers to ensure alignment on company objectives and initiatives.
• Support the Director in planning and executing internal projects, including coordinating with different departments and ensuring project milestones are met.
• Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Ensure that important information and updates from the Director are effectively communicated throughout the company.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in executive assistance, public relations, or a similar role, preferably within the retail industry.

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information.

Working condition:

• Office environment with occasional travel for events and meetings.
• Flexible hours may be required based on the needs of the Director and company events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
