Jawatan Kosong Cashier - IOI CITY MALL in Putrajaya

1. Melaksanakan tugas dan tanggungjawab sebagai seorang penolong pengurus.

2. Merancang, melaksana dan memantau operasi serta melaporkannya kepada Lembaga Pengarah.

3. Merancang, melaksana dan memantau semua urusan berkaitan prosedur berkait pengurusan kewangan & sumber manusia serta menguatkuasakan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan.

4. Menguruskan semua hal yang berkaitan dokumentasi pengurusan dan operasi untuk Lembaga Pengarah.

5. Menguruskan hal ehwal sumber manusia termasuk lantikan, temuduga, penamatan,pelatihan, dan lain-lain yang berkaitan.

6. Menguruskan hal ehwal pengurusan dan operasi harian syarikat seperti menetapkan tarikh mesyuarat Lembaga Pengurus Sekolah, mengemaskini portal staff dan membantu menguruskan staff.

7. Menguruskan laporan & rekod-rekod kewangan syarikat, reconcile akaun, menyemak penyata bank syarikat, memastikan semua permit atau lesen perniagaan aktif dan bijak mengambil tindakan dan menangani isu-isu pengurusan yang timbul.

8. Melaksanakan apa-apa tugas di bawah bidang kerja seorang penolong pengurus dan unit sumber manusia.
