MAHSA University Job Vacancies September 2026

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality assurance processes for academic programmes, including programme approval, review, monitoring, and enhancement.
• Coordinate internal and external academic audits.
• Monitor compliance with national higher education regulations and accreditation requirements.
• Ensure programme learning outcomes and graduate attributes meet institutional and professional standards.
• Coordinate institutional and programme accreditation exercises.
• Liaise with government agencies, accreditation bodies, professional councils, and external auditors.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation required by regulatory authorities.
• Monitor compliance with relevant quality standards and legislation.
• Foster collaboration with faculties, schools, centres, and administrative departments

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Well-equipped with knowledge and expertise in quality assurance, including training and learning of accreditation standards.
• 3 years of working experience in higher education industry or equivalent
• Possess excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Malay language.
• Ability to provide advice on accreditation policies and requirements.

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
