Responsibilities: -

• Assist incoming call.
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Document controller for project site.
• Check and receive stocks from supplier.
• Pick up or delivery items when required.
• Co-operate with superior & follow task given by superior.
• Other duties that may be assign from time to time.

Requirement: -

• High school or equivalent education required
• Min. 3 years of administrative assistant experience (construction)
• Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
