Kelayakan

• Minimum SPM atau kelayakan setaraf.
• Mempunyai pengalaman dalam khidmat pelanggan (Customer Service).
• Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dan mesra pelanggan.
• Bertanggungjawab, teliti dan mampu bekerja dalam pasukan.
• Bersedia mempelajari operasi harian premis optometri.

Tanggungjawab

• Membantu menguruskan operasi harian premis bagi memastikan kelancaran urusan perniagaan.
• Melayan pelanggan dan memberikan bantuan berkaitan pertanyaan produk serta perkhidmatan.
• Membantu menguruskan pendaftaran pelanggan, temu janji dan pertanyaan di kaunter.
• Membantu menguruskan stok, menyusun produk serta memastikan ruang pameran sentiasa kemas.
• Memastikan kebersihan, kekemasan dan susun atur premis sentiasa terjaga.
• Membantu menguruskan transaksi jualan dan pembayaran pelanggan.
• Membantu dalam tugasan pentadbiran serta penyediaan rekod operasi apabila diperlukan.
• Memastikan pelanggan menerima layanan yang profesional dan memuaskan.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
