Jawatan Kosong Admin Assistant in Batu Caves

Admin Assistant position needed for our office at Taman Sri Gombak, Batu Caves.

Job Description:

1. Provide administrative and office support to ensure efficient operation at the office.
2. Perform clerical duties which generally includes answering phones, maintaining files, taking memos and assisting office members with documentation.
3. Other related duties as instructed by the management as needed.
4. Well communication and team player.
5. Able to work independently and align with company direction.
6. Scope of work will be revised depending on the management needs or request.
7. Others related duties as and when assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma holder or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year of working experience in related field is required for this position.
3. Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
4. Willing to learn and proactive, hardworking, dedicated and able to meet tight datelines.
