• Process and verify invoices for goods and services received.
• Ensure proper matching of purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices.
• Perform regular reconciliations of AP transactions.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices.
• Maintain accurate historical records by filing documents.
