Job Description:

• Actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and agents.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and company objectives.
• Provide professional advice on property investment, financing, and legal requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market and competitors.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
• Prepare sales reports and update client databases.
• Undertake any ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by the supervisor as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree holder, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in property sales is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malay and English.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when necessary, with off day on weekday.
• Willing to work on basic salary with sales commission basis
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
• Possess own transport and valid driving license.
• Basic computer skills (eg: Microsoft Office, email, social media).

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
