JOB DESCRIPTIONS

To assist in maintaining all relevant QC operations in the factory according to HACCP, GMP and Halal certification.

Monitoring compliance and non-conformity issues in food handling process & production line.

To assist & ready to be responsible On-The Job Training (OJT), Internal & external audit, products registration & method and etc.

Check daily production are carried out strictly according to product specifications & standard operating procedures (SOP).

To monitor quality output.

Participates in the development and maintenance of HACCP, GMP & HALAL and assist in quality control.

Conduct periodic and ad-hoc tests on product quality, including testing and examining samples.

Ensure the overall Food Safety Management System is understood, implemented and maintained from time to time to production worker of continual improvement of such programs.

Ensure process and products are accordance to the regulatory.

REQUIREMENTS

Possess at least a Diploma in Food Science / Food Technology / Food Biotechnology or equivalent.

1 to 2yrs working experience in similar capacity

Qualified and having certificate in HALAL Executive

Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-initiated.

Possess good communication skills in Malay/English and able to work in a team.
