Jawatan Kosong Technical Lead in Kuantan

Job Summary:

Main responsibilities include planning, managing and supervising a team of technicians, to ensure maintenance, repair, and install EV Charging Station as requirement and ensuring EV Charging Stations runs efficiently and safety standards are met with safe distribution of electricity throughout our facilities.

Roles Responsibility:

• -Hiring & training technical personnel
• -Delegating work and assignments to team members
• -Collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems.
• -Creating end goals for their team
• -Checking all EVCS software or hardware are updated.
• -Supervising system modifications
• -Guiding their team through technical issues and challenges.
• -verify & inspect project to ensure job is completion.
• -Installation and maintenance of Solar System.

Qualification, Experience & Skills

• Experience in leading & supervising a team of technicians.
• Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written
• Good interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel
• Independent, able to work under pressure.
