• To support the Workshop Department by handling dispatch duties, clerical tasks, and general administrative work to ensure smooth daily operations and proper documentation.

• Prepare and maintain workshop records, such as job orders, service reports, and inventory lists.
• Assist in filing documents (service records, purchase requests, invoices, delivery orders, etc.).
• Key in data into the system (workshop job sheets, fuel records, spare part issuance).
• Support workshop staff with basic paperwork and ensure proper documentation flow.
• Assist in preparing reports for workshop supervisor/manager (e.g., daily job progress, vehicle maintenance schedule).
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls/emails related to workshop matters.
• Monitor office supplies and request replenishment when required.
• Contact suppliers to request quotations, check order status, or obtain technical information.
• Verify spare parts/equipment availability with suppliers.
• Handle supplier-related documents such as purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
• Coordinate communication between suppliers, HQ and the Workshop Department to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with claims or return of faulty items to suppliers.
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities as directed by management from time to time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
