Jawatan Kosong Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator GDL / E in Kuching

Job Description

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming material/goods and outgoing goods/products.
• Ensure that all cargos are securely strapped or loaded to prevent damage during transportation.
• Safely load, transport, and unload goods / cargos
• Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the lorry to ensure roadworthiness.
• Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions promptly and coordinate with the maintenance department for repairs.
• Strictly adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards while driving.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts, logs, and other relevant documentation.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel, factory staff, and supervisors to coordinate loading and unloading activities.
• Report any delays, issues, or incidents promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines during the loading, transportation, and unloading processes.
• Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries and fuel efficiency.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, production teams, and other relevant departments to streamline logistics processes.
• Assist in loading and unloading activities when required.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse to optimize space utilization.
• To take instructions, be responsible and able to work independently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of all transportation and warehouse activities.
• Picking of goods for delivery put away incoming goods.
• Observe all traffic ruled during driving the truck.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM
• GDL Driving License 'D' / 'E'
• Minimum 1 years' experience as lorry driver / attendant
• Able to operate forklift well

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
