This position is responsible to ensure the smooth operation of the retail pharmacy outlet, providing exceptional service to our valued customers, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service to everyone who walks in.
• Answer customer questions and give simple advice on over-the-counter products and health-related needs.
• Keep up-to-date with our products, new arrivals, and promotions.
• Make sure shelves are stocked, tidy, and priced correctly.
• Check for expired or damaged items and handle them accordingly.
• Assist with stock take and help out during events when needed.
• Handle payments accurately (cash, card, e-wallet) and ensure the cashier balances.
• Keep the outlet clean, organized, and inviting.
• Work closely with the team and support each other.
• Any other tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum SPM; Diploma is a bonus.
• Retail pharmacy or healthcare experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Responsible, motivated, and enjoy working in retail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
