Jawatan Kosong Production Supervisor SMT in Kuantan

Requirement:

1.Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

2.Pleasant personality, self-motivated, positive attitude towards work and the company.

3.Has good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact and engage with all levels of employees.

4.Able to work under pressure and with minimal guidance.

5.Able to handle assignment and people.

6.Fluent in English.

7.Have computer knowledge.

8.Literate in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point Presentation.

Job Description:

1. Liaise with Production Assistant Manager/ Superior on daily loading targets, arrangement and quality status review.

2. Review with Production Assistant Manager / Superior on unsolved issues, to come up with long term plan issue.

3. Plan line targets based on loading and work in progress. (Scheduling arrangement base on priority).

4. Motivate leaders and operators toward line targets and quality status review.

5. Review and discussion through line issues and feedback by taking appropriate action with supporting group to solve and come out with improvement plan.

6. Manage to plan for next day model to run and follow up with supporting department if needed.

7. To ensure that ISO (The International Organization for Standardization) 9001, ISO 14001, ISO13485, PEM (Product Environmental Management), RBA and C-TPAT are practiced and implemented.

8. Other job assignments given by superiors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
