WEI DAT STEEL WIRE SDN. BHD. Job Vacancies Oktober 2026

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Assist the Operation Manager in planning, processing, and monitoring material orders for local operations, including coordination of local shipments.

2. Handle local sales orders and walk-in customers, including order processing, delivery coordination, and customer communication.

3. Coordinate and manage local deliveries and shipments, including direct liaison with lorry drivers and transporters to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

4. Manage and maintain Manufacturing Orders (MO) and order-related records in the system to ensure accuracy and traceability.

5. Prepare and analyze sales reports, customer order summaries, booking value reports, and operational data for management review.

6. Support internal departments by preparing quotations for local tenders and customer proposals, ensuring accuracy in pricing and delivery details.

7. Monitor and manage inventory levels of materials and finished goods, and liaise with Purchaser on Purchase Orders (PO) to support production and delivery requirements.

8. Initiate and perform regular material stock checks, analyze material consumption trends, and conduct finished goods (FG) stock checks to ensure stock accuracy and support production planning.

9. Coordinate with Production Planner and relevant departments to align production schedules with local delivery timelines.

10. Monitor and evaluate driver performance, including delivery punctuality, safety compliance, documentation accuracy, and customer feedback, and report issues for corrective action.

11. Record delivery issues, delays, or non-compliance and follow up on corrective and preventive actions to improve local delivery efficiency.

12. Continuously review and improve local logistics and operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce delays, and improve customer satisfaction.

13. Implementation and Management of Safety, 5S & ISO

a) Follow all safety procedures & regulations and ensure safe work environment.

b) Implement and participate actively in 5S activities for the Department & Organization.

c) Support other key strategic 5S programs where necessary.

d) Adhere to ISO standards compliance.

14. Any other duties assigned by superior or Management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
