This role is ideal for a seasoned Resort Manager looking to step into their first GM position, or an experienced Executive Assistant Manager ready to elevate their career in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day resort operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a talented team to uphold service excellence and foster a positive work environment.
• Implement strategic initiatives to enhance resort offerings and guest engagement.
• Collaborate with corporate stakeholders to align with brand standards and achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications:
