We are seeking a dedicated Resort Specialist to take charge of our 80-room paradise, managed by a company renowned for its deluxe boutique-style properties across Southeast Asia.

Role Overview: As Resort General Manager, you will oversee the opening and all operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality. This role is ideal for a seasoned Resort Manager looking to step into their first GM position, or an experienced Executive Assistant Manager ready to elevate their career in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day resort operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a talented team to uphold service excellence and foster a positive work environment.
• Implement strategic initiatives to enhance resort offerings and guest engagement.
• Collaborate with corporate stakeholders to align with brand standards and achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in resort or hotel management, preferably within Southeast Asia’s luxury hospitality sector.
• Pre opening experiences highly regarded.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
• Demonstrated success in achieving financial targets and operational goals.
