• Job Description

1. Responsible for material planning to meet demand from production to full fill sales order.

2. Issue PR to purchase raw / packing material based on current on hand balance vs average monthly usage and safety quantity.

3. Perform check and balance of on hand quantity of material to purchase, to determine the receiving date base on above criteria.

4. Work together with production planner to place ad hoc PR or pull in order (on hand have PO) to meet material need by date to escalate production for ad hoc order.

5. Liaise with purchaser and supplier for material purchase, arrangement (logistic / self-pickup) and payment request (if needed).

6. Monitor and update system on changes of raw & packaging material safety level based on average usage, safety quantity, MOQ and delivery lead time from vendor.

7. Up keep and inactive the not in use part code of raw material & packaging material.

8. Reduce inventory level by material category through analyst the usage trend vs MOQ to avoid over purchase or load in too many stock at 1 time.

9. Monitor the material slow moving report and update management for action to be taken.

10. Coordinate with QA personnel for new material / amend version of material to avoid wrong material purchase.

11. Coordinate with inter department for new product / revamp of product.

12. Quarterly update the part purchase under CUSTOM SCHEDULE B for custom submition.

13. Plan and execute the short / mid / long term project assigned by the management.

14. Perform month end stock count.

15. Other task requested by the management which is necessary to support the operation.

Requirement

1. Candidate who possess Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.

2. Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience in food industry or relevant industries.

3. Required language: English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandrin.

4. Good communication skills to dealing with the people across the floor.

5. Posed good analytic and problem solving skill.

6. Familiar with Microsoft Office, MS Excel, Power Point.

7. Knowledge in ERP system will be added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
