Gadek Nursery is a nursery based in Alor Gajah, Melaka offering a wide variety of high-quality plants and gardening supplies. Specializing in ornamental, flowering and fruit-bearing plants, we provide expert advice and products to help homeowners, gardening enthusiasts, and landscapers create beautiful green spaces, and now are currently looking for a Finance Admin to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Preparing financial reports, budgeting and financial analysis and bank reconciliation.
• Monitoring and manage cash flow.
• Maintaining and preparing detailed financial records, daily sales and sales pattern within deadline.
• Overseeing financial transactions to maintain accurate records.
• Review and process reimbursement.
• Prepare WHT documents.
• Update internal records and maintained an organized file system.
• Controlling the daily expenditures and incomes.
• Ensuring that everyone follows the company financial rules.
• Processing sales invoices, receipts, quotation to customers/suppliers.
• Updating databases
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates need to pursue at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the finance/accounting.
• Gender : Prefer female, Age (20-30+) years old, with strong and firm character.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Must possess driving license.
• Ability to work as a team.
