CEEC APCC (M) SDN BHD Job Vacancies September 2026

• Field Safety Enforcement: Conducts continuous field safety inspections across floating PV assembly, slipway launching, earthworks, and cable installation to maintain the project's strict statutory requirement.
• Permit-to-Work (PTW) & High-Risk Control: Performs daily PTW audits, verifies Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) isolations, inspects heavy lifting equipment, and supervises high-risk electrical/confined space tasks.
• Over-Water Marine Safety Oversight: Enforces aquatic safety protocols, verifying 100% compliance with Personal Flotation Devices (PFDs/lifejackets), marine rescue ring placements, and pontoon workface stability.
• Safety Inductions & Toolbox Talks: Delivers site-specific HSSE inductions, verifies daily CIDB Green Cards, and conducts morning Toolbox Talks on task-specific Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
• Hazard Logging & Incident Reporting: Executes daily Safety Observation Conversations (SOCs), maintains hazard logs, and reports near-misses or incidents to the Local Green Book SHO and Project Safety Officer within 24 hours.
• Subcontractor Compliance Supervision: Monitors sub-tier trade crews, ensuring strict adherence to the APCC Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Plan and ISO 45001 standards.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Certification & Accreditation: Diploma or Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) / Engineering; must hold a valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) registration with DOSH (Yellow Book / DOSH Certified).
• Professional Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of construction HSE supervision experience on major civil infrastructure, electrical power, or utility-scale solar PV builds. Over-water or marine construction experience is an added advantage.
• Mandatory Credentials: Active CIDB Green Card (SICW) and DOSH SSS registration.
• Language Skills: Mandatory fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and working proficiency in English to communicate effectively across local labor, Chinese technical leads, and regulatory inspectors.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sungai Lembing: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
