- Menjadi seorang pelayan yang dapat membantu pelanggan membuat pesanan makanan dan minuman

- Mengambil pesanan dari tempahan Online seperti Foodpanda & Grabfood

- Dapat berkomunikasi dengan tukang masak untuk menyampaikan pesanan yang dibuat oleh pelanggan

- Dapat menyampaikan makanan atau minuman yang telah disiap oleh tukang masak/minum untuk dihantarkan kepada pelanggan dengan tepat

- Menghasilkan layanan yang mesra dan pantas

- Memastikan penampilan diri kemas dan bersih
